There is a reason Paris continues to draw artists, collectors, designers, and makers back generation after generation. Beyond its beauty, it is a city that teaches you to look more closely. Having studied Art History, I have returned to Paris not simply for inspiration, but to refine my eye. The same instinct that leads me through museum galleries and historic gardens is the one that guides every piece I source for Constantina Vintage.

This February, we returned to Paris to source rare archival pieces once again.

This is not a guide to the city’s landmarks alone. It is a personal edit of Paris. The places I return to between vintage sourcing appointments, museum afternoons, and long café conversations. Addresses that embody the elegance, craftsmanship, and quiet luxury that continue to shape the Constantina Vintage world.

Historical Gardens

Paris is best experienced before the city fully awakens, when the light is soft and every garden feels like a living painting.

Jardin des Tuileries

The perfect expression of French symmetry, where sculpture, architecture, and beautifully ordered gardens create one of the most elegant walks in Paris, finished with the charm of its historic carousel.

Palais Royal

Hidden behind grand arcades, the Palais Royal offers an atmosphere of quiet refinement, where manicured gardens, classical architecture, and centuries of history exist in perfect balance.

Parisian Cafés

Some of the city’s greatest creative conversations have taken place over coffee. These cafés remain timeless places to pause, observe, and absorb the rhythm of Parisian life.

Ritz Paris

Whether for coffee or an evening drink, the Ritz embodies understated luxury, where every detail reflects the enduring elegance that defines Paris.

Carette

An effortlessly beautiful café overlooking the gardens, celebrated for its refined pastries, classic interiors, and distinctly Parisian atmosphere.

Café de Flore

One of the city’s great literary institutions, where artists, philosophers, and writers have gathered for decades, making people watching feel like an art form.

Les Deux Magots

Rich in intellectual history, this iconic café remains one of the finest places to experience the enduring spirit of Saint Germain.

Hôtel Costes

Dark, intimate, and unmistakably Parisian, Hôtel Costes has become synonymous with modern Parisian glamour and timeless sophistication.

Lunch & Dinner

Paris understands that dining is never simply about food. It is about atmosphere, architecture, conversation, and beautiful surroundings.

L’Avenue

An iconic address where Parisian fashion and elegant dining meet, making it one of the city’s most recognisable terraces.

Gigi Paris

Contemporary yet refined, Gigi pairs exceptional interiors with sweeping rooftop views across the Paris skyline.

Hôtel Plaza Athénée

Dining beneath its iconic red awnings is a quintessential Paris experience, where classic French luxury feels entirely effortless.

Gloria Osteria

A vibrant Italian dining room that balances playful design with beautifully executed cuisine in the heart of Paris.

Lapérouse

Steeped in history, Lapérouse is one of Paris’ most storied restaurants, where every room feels like stepping into another century.

Le Relais de l’Entrecôte

A Paris institution celebrated for perfecting the art of simplicity through its legendary steak, frites, and unmistakable secret sauce.

Museums & Inspiration

As someone who studied Art History, these museums remain an essential part of my travels. They continue to influence the way I see craftsmanship, composition, colour, and beauty, qualities that inevitably find their way into every Constantina Vintage collection.

Musée de l’Orangerie

Monet’s Water Lilies transform painting into atmosphere, creating one of the most immersive artistic experiences in the world.

Musée d’Orsay

Housed within a magnificent former railway station, the museum brings together the masterpieces of Impressionism in a setting that is every bit as remarkable as the collection itself.

Musée Picasso

A deeply personal collection that offers an intimate understanding of Picasso’s creative evolution, while celebrating the importance of collecting and artistic experimentation.

Paris has a way of shaping your eye.  Every visit leaves me inspired not only by what I discover, but by the city itself. It is this way of seeing that continues to define Constantina Vintage and every piece we choose to bring into our world.
