Constantina Vintage does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations as all sales are final. Every piece is rare vintage and highly curated. Each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure it meets our high standard requirements of quality.

Shipping 

All pieces are packaged with extra care in Constantina Vintage signature packaging, upholding our high standard of quality and ensuring the security of your purchase.

Once the item has been dispatched from Constantina Vintage, any shipping issues will need to be taken with the shipping provider. We are not responsible for items being lost or damaged in transit or when tracking states that an item is delivered. We are very proactive and will ensure that we assist you at every step of the way in the rare occasion that the shipping provider needs to be contacted. 

If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the parcel is redirected to Constantina Vintage, the customer will be charged a delivery fee for the item to be sent out again.
